BLOOD DONATION

Honorable president, respected guests and teachers and my dear friends, today I want to tell you about the importance of Blood Donation.

Friends, you can be the savior of mankind.  We have one life.  Let us make our one life more meaningful by donating blood. Blood donation is the mother of all donations. Blood donation directly gives life to another human being. It not only saves one individual but also the entire family of that individual. A person can donate blood thrice in a year. The donated blood will be thoroughly checked and stored up in a secured form. For donating blood a person must have a weight of at least 45 kg.

Many people have misunderstandings about blood donation. They feel by donating blood they will fall sick. But it is not true.  The donated blood will automatically regenerate by our body itself within four to five hours after donating the blood. A person can not donate  blood if he drank alcohol during the last six hours.

So friends, let us put our hands together and make a promise to donate blood at least once in a year. At last I want to say that “Helping hands are better than praying lips.”

EYE DONATION

Honorable president, respected guests and teachers and my dear friends, today I want to tell you about the importance of “Eye Donation”.

Friends, imagine, life without eyes. India has the largest population of blind people in the world.  We have one life let us make our one life more meaningful by donating eyes. Eye donation directly gives vision to another human being. It not only gives vision to one individual but also to the entire family of that individual. A person who wishes to donate his eyes after his death has to go to an eye hospital and need to register his name with the hospital.  Remember Donated Eyes will be collected only after death and a living person's eyes cannot be taken out.

Anyone can be a donor, irrespective of age, sex, blood group, religion. Anyone with cataract or spectacles can donate eyes. Persons suffering from hypertension, diabetes can also donate eyes.  The information about the person who agreed to donate eyes and died is to be given to the respective hospital as early as possible. So, that his eyes can be removed and saved within six hours. We can see the world even after the death of ourselves by the way of donating eyes.

So, friends let us put our hands together and make a promise to donate eyes after our death.  Our eyes can be immortal. At last I want to say that “Helping hands are better than praying lips.”

Honorable president, respected guests and teachers and my dear friends, today I want to speak on the topic “'courtesy is the light of life'

 Friends, it is said that politeness costs nothing and gains everything. A person who is polite always have a good impression on the people.  People easily attracted towards polite people because it is an act of civility and good manners. courtesy is a great virtue of man's life in other words courtesy is the gift with a treating to others With warm and respect, that is why I courteous person liked and loved by all.  He is popular in friends and relatives.

   Everybody whether friends or relatives are highly appreciate the courteous person. And also will to help him in the time of need. The person with a good behaviour is a foundation of good society and also Nation and Nation also need such type of people.

So every person must behave like a cautious person this will help us, our society and Nation.

But courtesy is as much mark of gentleness as a mark of courage. Nowadays our society is full of selfish and egoistic persons and we need to courteous persons. Take the example of Japan Japanese people are most courteous people.  They have politeness and respect to others people and also Nation.  If you want to live in a developed nation every Indian must be polite. Because politeness opens all the door to development so be polite and be brave.  At last I want to say that courtesy is very important in our life.
