While on a business trip you had to spend a week at a large hotel. However the poor facilities and rude behavior of the hotel-staff made your stay very unpleasant. Write an email of complaint to the manager of the hotel expressing your fillings of annoyance and suggesting what could be to improve the standard of the hotel.

Dear Sir, I would like to complain you about the poor facilities provided in your Grand Hotel and also about the rude behaviour of our hotel-staff. Last week I was in your large Grand Hotel on my business trip. Before coming there, I booked a luxurious room in your hotel. You sent me all details of the hotel and my room with room No. But when I came there, the room was changed. The manager gave me another room which was not in good condition. When I complained to your staff, they behaved very rudely. They did not provide good service as your hotel is a five-star hotel. There was no politeness in their language.
