3 idiots is a hindi comedy film directed by Rajkumar Hirani and also co- written by him with Abhijat Joshi.  The movie was released on 25^th December 2009.   It is based on Chetan Bhagat's novel  'Five Point Someone '.

3. Director :- Rajkumar Hirani, one of the famous directors of Bollywood has directed this movie. He has already given several hits like Munnabhai MBBS, Lage raho Munnabhai, P.K. etc.

4. Cast / Starring :- Aamir Khan as Rancho, R.Madhavan as Farhan Qureshi , Sharman Joshi as Raju Rastogi , Boman Irani as Viru Sahastrabuddhe (Virus) , Kareena Kapoor as Pia and Omi Vaidya as Chatur.

5. Music director :-   Shantanu Moitra has added a true musical flavour to this film. The music of the songs like ' Zoobie Doobie', ' All izz Well' and ' Jane nahi denge tujhe ' etc.make the movie more melodious.

6. Singers :-  Shaan, Shreya Ghoshal, Sonu Nigam are the lead singers in this film.

7. Choreography :-  Avit Diaz has beautifully choreographed various songs in the movie especially the songs like ' All Izz well'..

8. Plot :-  The students Farhan Qureshi and Raju Rastogi of the Imperial College of Engineering in Delhi, struggle to compete with the study of Engineering.   Farhan is passionate about wildlife photography but reluctantly chose to join engineering in order to please his father, while Raju is desperately in need of a career that will extricate his family from poverty. Their extraordinary roommate, Ranchoddas (Rancho) Shamaldas Chhanchad, who is genuinely passionate about engineering, is always against the teaching techniques of the ICE director, Viru Sahastrabuddhe  (Virus). He believes that students should enjoy what they learn, despite their strict teaching model.

The story revolves around three best friends trying to fulfill their parental expectations of becoming a successful engineer. It is a journey of the three youngsters trying to prove themselves in life amidst the over dominating nature of their teacher.

9. Dialogue :-  The serious yet humorous dialogues in the movie walks away with the best comic scenes of the year especially with the super hit dialogues  ‘All Izz well' or ‘Success ke pichhe mat bhago, kabil bano….’ , Jahanpanah! Tussi great ho…Tohfa kabool karo!, etc.

10. Setting / Location :-  Mumbai, Bangalore, Shimla, The streets of Delhi and the beauty of Ladakh are captured by Muraleedharan C.K.

11. Message :-  The movie gives the message that we always must choose our career according to our interest.  The movie teaches us to always listen to our hearts and follow our passion. It passes on a message to lead our life simply the way we would like it to be.

12. Recommendation :-  I would strongly recommend everyone to go and watch this movie at least once as it motivates us to lead our life as per our wish. It motivates us to increase our confidence and lead our life towards success.

BLOOD DONATION

Honorable president, respected guests and teachers and my dear friends, today I want to tell you about the importance of Blood Donation.

Friends, you can be the savior of mankind.  We have one life.  Let us make our one life more meaningful by donating blood. Blood donation is the mother of all donations. Blood donation directly gives life to another human being. It not only saves one individual but also the entire family of that individual. A person can donate blood thrice in a year. The donated blood will be thoroughly checked and stored up in a secured form. For donating blood a person must have a weight of at least 45 kg.

Many people have misunderstandings about blood donation. They feel by donating blood they will fall sick. But it is not true.  The donated blood will automatically regenerate by our body itself within four to five hours after donating the blood. A person can not donate  blood if he drank alcohol during the last six hours.

So friends, let us put our hands together and make a promise to donate blood at least once in a year. At last I want to say that “Helping hands are better than praying lips.”

EYE DONATION

Honorable president, respected guests and teachers and my dear friends, today I want to tell you about the importance of “Eye Donation”.

Friends, imagine, life without eyes. India has the largest population of blind people in the world.  We have one life let us make our one life more meaningful by donating eyes. Eye donation directly gives vision to another human being. It not only gives vision to one individual but also to the entire family of that individual. A person who wishes to donate his eyes after his death has to go to an eye hospital and need to register his name with the hospital.  Remember Donated Eyes will be collected only after death and a living person's eyes cannot be taken out.

Anyone can be a donor, irrespective of age, sex, blood group, religion. Anyone with cataract or spectacles can donate eyes. Persons suffering from hypertension, diabetes can also donate eyes.  The information about the person who agreed to donate eyes and died is to be given to the respective hospital as early as possible. So, that his eyes can be removed and saved within six hours. We can see the world even after the death of ourselves by the way of donating eyes.

So, friends let us put our hands together and make a promise to donate eyes after our death.  Our eyes can be immortal. At last I want to say that “Helping hands are better than praying lips.”

A person who is polite always have a good impression on the people.  People easily attracted towards polite people because it is an act of civility and good manners. courtesy is a great virtue of man's life in other words courtesy is the gift with a treating to others With warm and respect, that is why I courteous person liked and loved by all.  He is popular in friends and relatives.

   Everybody whether friends or relatives are highly appreciate the courteous person. And also will to help him in the time of need. The person with a good behaviour is a foundation of good society and also Nation and Nation also need such type of people.

So every person must behave like a cautious person this will help us, our society and Nation.

But courtesy is as much mark of gentleness as a mark of courage. Nowadays our society is full of selfish and egoistic persons and we need to courteous persons. Take the example of Japan Japanese people are most courteous people.  They have politeness and respect to others people and also Nation.  If you want to live in a developed nation every Indian must be polite. Because politeness opens all the door to development so be polite and be brave.  At last I want to say that courtesy is very important in our life.

It was April 2004. I stood in the middle of the lush green field of moong (green gram) and looked around me. It was just before sunrise and the sky was turning a bright orange. The ground was damp and the leaves were shining with dew. My bare feet were muddy as I walked around gingerly, inspecting the plants.

Around me were rows of chikoo trees and below a dense foliage of moong. At that point, I could not have asked for anything more. The moong plants, not more than two feet tall, had green pods hanging out. The pods were not yet ripe and there was a light fuzz growing on them. There was still some time before the harvest. I felt exhilarated.

I stood watching the sun rise above the towering trees across the fence and slowly made my way back to the house, a white structure in the middle of this greenery. I could not believe that I was the owner of this land and that I was looking at my first crop as a farmer. After I had paid the advance money for the land, I thought I would have some time to get familiar with farming. But Moru Dada, the broker who got us the land, had other ideas. He was keen that we plant moong at once. I was not prepared for this. I was still reading books and trying to figure out what we could sow and how we should go about it. Moru Dada was quite firm. He said the season was right for sowing moong and the best seeds were available in Surat in the adjacent state of Gujarat.
